Hotel Montanara in Flachau, Austria

Arrival & Departure:
The room is ready for occupation from 2pm on the day of arrival
We request that you vacate the room by 10.30am on the day of departure

Booking/Reservation:
For room reservations please pay a deposit of  EUR 300,- per room by bank transfer to our account at the Raiffeisenkasse, A-5542 Flachau,
BLZ: 35004, Konto Nr.: 25767.

For foreign bank transfers please use the following codes:
IBAN: AT02 3500 4000 0002 5767 und BIC: RVSAAT2S004.

Method of payment:
We accept Cash, EC-card, Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa.

If we allow a cash discount of 2% on our individual prices (except for packages and short stays up to 3 nights).

Upon payment of the total amount when booking, we offer a 5% discount on room rates.

Short-stay surcharge (up to 3 nights): € 25 per person and day.

Surcharge for single occupancy in a "Standard" double room: € 30 per day.

In case of premature departure we have to  bring the entire room rate for the booked time to your account. Please understand, that we can accept room cancellations only in written form. In case of cancellations we have to calculate a fee under Austrian Hotel Regulations.

Dogs:
Bringing your dog is permitted with prior consulation. The price is EUR 15,- per day, without food. Please bring your own dog basket or blanket. The Hotel reservs its right to bring any necessary cleaning to your account. All damage, caused by your dog, have to be paid in cash. Settlements with insurance companies are not possible. Please understand, that your four-legged favorites have no access into the dining room.
